Our Friday Night Rivals Sideline Wrapup Impact Game is a big one. Undefeated South Pittsburg (5-0) at unbeaten Red Bank (5-0).

It's one of the Tennessee Titans four best all across the state. You can vote for the best game of the week RIGHT HERE. If this game gets the most votes, the winning team receives $1,000.

Red Bank senior quarterback Madox Wilkey had his breakout game last week for the Lions. Wilkey was 12 of 14 passing for more than 300 yards and four touchdowns.

One of his favorite targets all season has been fellow senior Lucas Brown. Brown has rolled up 640 yards and several touchdowns in just five games. Brown said, "Just taking practice serious, just always going hard, every play. It can be taken away from you at any moment. I don't take anything for granted, I just go hard every play."

Brown's coach describes him as big and long with excellent hands. But that's not all he brings to the table. "He has a quiet demeanor about him. He's a very hard worker. Great work ethic. Plays all three phases of the game," head coach Chris Brown noted.

Red Bank's opponent, South Pittsburg, has its own senior who is finally ready to go. Running back Ronto Tipton twisted his MCL at a jamboree, but he stresses he's 100 percent. This Pirate is ready for Friday night. "Any time you get a chance to play a big game, it just adds fuel to the fire. We're just going to be ready to play that game," Tipton said.

South Pitt is ranked number one in the state in Class A. Coach Vic Grider has played up in class before, but calls the game against number four Red Bank of Class 3A a different animal. Grider said, "Regardless of the outcome, it's going to make us better at the right time of the season, you know. Obviously, if we can go and remotely compete with this Red Bank team, we're going to be able to compete with pretty much anybody in our class."

Both coaches expect a highly competitive game. Coach Brown put it this way, "They're an excellent football team, regardless of classification. We like to think that we're a program that's trying to emulate those same things. I think you're just going to see a great combination of coaching and athleticism and size and speed on the field from both teams."
