The NPSL Southeastern Conference playoffs will run through Chattanooga as Chattanooga FC earned its seventh regular season title last night, beating Georgia Revolution 3-0 in McDonough, GA.

The victory assures CFC first place in the conference with one game left to play. Chattanooga is standing on 27 points through 13 matches, while the second place New Orleans Jesters have 23 points in just as many games. Both teams play one more match this weekend: Chattanooga travels to Atlanta on Sunday to make up the June 27th rescheduled match against the Silverbacks. New Orleans hosts Asheville City SC tonight to conclude its regular season.

"We've got a strong team, and they played really well tonight," said Bill Elliott, head coach, Chattanooga FC. "Clinching the regular season title and knowing how our playoff destiny will unfold is a big mental boost for the guys."

Playoffs begin next week and, thanks to the standings, Chattanooga FC will host its first match Thursday, July 12th. CFC's opponent will be the lowest ranked seed from the Tuesday, July 10th round of play. If Chattanooga FC wins Thursday's match, they will play again, in Chattanooga, for the Southeastern Conference Championship.

"This is why the team has worked so hard over the course of the season," said Sean McDaniel, GM of Chattanooga FC. "Home field advantage is crucial this time of year, and we have a huge one thanks to the Chattahooligans and all our supporters."

Tickets for Thursday's match are available now here. Season ticket passes will be honored for this match, whereas general admission regular season tickets will not. There are still a limited number of season pass jerseys and wristbands available online or at Winder Binder on Frazier Avenue.
