Two Nashville nurses have made Halloween costumes for the NICU babies at Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown.

Registered Nurses Kim Meek and Olivia Horne started the sweet fall tradition in 2019 and have crafted the sweetest costumes again this year. Halloween 2020 includes a bitty Bob Ross, an extra-tiny Tinker Bell, a petite Flo from Progressive, a diminutive Dwight Schrute, and a lovely little lumberjack. There are also iconic duos like Bacon and Eggs, and even baby Elvis has been spotted at Saint Thomas.

Parents of NICU graduates Lia and Scarlett also submitted photos of their now 1-year-olds celebrating Halloween.

An Ascension representative tells FOX 17 News the costumes serve as a creative way for RNs to bring joy to each baby's loved ones during the stress of a NICU stay.
