PENSACOLA, Fla. (WEAR) — A man from Pensacola, Florida claimed a $1 million winning scratch off ticket that he purchased at a local gas station.
The Florida Lottery announced Tuesday that Felton Jackson, of Pensacola, claimed the big prize from the 200X THE CASH Scratch-Off.
He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $890,000.
Jackson purchased his winning ticket from Smart Fill gas station on Pine Forest Road in Pensacola. The gas station will receive a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning ticket.
The $20 game, 200X THE CASH, launched in September and features more than $446 million in cash prizes, including ten top prizes of $5 million.
