The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) says Edwards was arrested for outstanding warrants Wednesday afternoon while he was reporting to the probation office.
In a statement, Chattanooga PD say the warrants stem from a December 19 incident.

The HCSO says Edwards was on probation after being convicted of simple possession out of Red Bank.
When he reported for probation Wednesday afternoon, he was arrested and booked into Hamilton County Jail with no bond.
Edwards has been charged with theft under $1,000. His court date is set for February 6.
